Alish is an entrepreneur, executive coach, humanitarian, psychotherapist and long-time contributor to the field of OD and personal development. Her career has spanned a broad range of experiences from consulting with high-tech Silicon valley companies to helping the people of Carhuaz Peru build a sustainable healthcare community. Whether facilitating a group of corporate executives or coordinating a fundraising project for students in Peru, Ailish approaches her work with energy, intelligence and a big heart.

For nearly 20 years Ailsh, along with her late husband Dr. Will Schutz, cofounded and co-directed Will Schutz Associates, (WSA), an international training and consulting company. Together they created The Human Element, a human relations technology that profoundly and positively affects personal and interpersonal performance.  Ailsh was instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the business as well as creating products, training and licensing new trainers and consulting with clients. She has been the key person in building and nurturing a world-wide community of Human Element practitioners. The Human Element technology continues to flourish and has been translated in18 languages and licensed in 20 countries. It remains the gold standard for executive and team development.

In 2001, WSA was sold to BCon International Network headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and Ailish served as President until 2004.  In 2004 she shifted her focus to non-profit work and founded Ayni Projects, a nonprofit organization that works in the Peruvian Andes to create projects that are models in assisting the poor in the area of education, healthcare and elder care.  Ailish travels frequently to Peru to work directly with the people and to study the culture and shamanic healing methods. She also sponsors performances of traditional Peruvian musicians in the United States.

Ailish brings her wealth of experience, wisdom and cross-cultural understanding to the Green Zone Culture Group where she is helping to create a new set of technologies to support personal and organizational development.
